Room 1 through 7 rates are for double occupancy. Rooms 8 and 9 rates (which are suites with kitchens) are for triple occupancy.
For an extra person on a cot, add $20. For single occupancy, deduct $10.
All rates are subject to 9% VT Meals and Rooms Tax. Unlike many Inns, we do not add a service charge to your bill. However, for any items you leave behind that we have to mail back to you, we will charge a minimum $10 postage and handling fee.
Group rates and extended stay rates are available, but not during holidays or peak periods. Holidays are Christmas/New Year's Week, Martin Luther King Weekend, President's Week and Columbus Weekend.
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be returned provided notice is given at least fourteen days prior to the date of your scheduled arrival. With less than fourteen days notice, a refund will be given only if the room is re-rented. A different policy may apply for holidays and special events.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Sorry, but pets and smoking are not permitted at the Inn. (Our two cats, Citrus and Zucchini, are around to play with, hold and cuddle, but we insist they stay out of guest rooms and common areas.)
